Marketing Intern


Working closely with the Marketing team and the Content / Comms team to support with the delivery of marketing activity aligned to our key business objectives of delivering exceptional customer experience and investor returns.

The Marketing Intern role is primarily focused on supporting the Marketing team to deliver activity that exceeds the resident acquisition and retention targets set by the business. The role will also support the delivery of brand, place and retail marketing activity.

This a central and varied role, which includes assisting with campaign management, working cross functionally to deliver an aligned customer journey and day to day activity aligned to the functioning of a marketing department


  • Support the marketing team deliver marketing campaigns and activity including advertising, brochures and digital marketing for our 3 developments in East Village E20, Elephant and Castle and Manchester
  • Support the marketing manager with monthly reporting, campaign evaluation and competitor reviews
  • Support with mobilisation of new developments creating marketing collateral such as brochures, resident information packs, move in guides, local area guides.
  • Supporting with photo shoots to showcase our developments, homes, place brands, retailers and events, including prop sourcing, dressing/styling homes, coordinating schedules and supporting at the shoot
  • Work closely with the events teams to support on delivery and marketing support
  • Drive the marketing planning process capturing activity and updating accordingly to ensure an up to date marketing plan is in place
  • Support with management of the image library and marketing collateral ensuring this is kept up to date and distributed for use accordingly
  • Team administration including support with raising POs and day to day budget management support, preparing templates, setting up meetings, taking minutes and sharing actions etc.
  • Support the team with wider brand and marketing projects / events as required


  • Marketing related degree or interest in a career in marketing / comms / PR
  • Customer centric focus

  • Knowledge of brand management and design
